There's something about high low skirts that are just so perfect. Magical, romantic, whimsical, I love them. They're better than mini skirts, better than maxis and all those in between.

Do you know what I've been eating/enjoying a lot this month? No, you will never guess... Rubios! That's right, Rubios fish tacos are soooo amazing. And they have "Taco Tuesday" where their tacos are only $1.50. It's a great deal :) (Though, unfortunately, as my sister just informed me... very high calorie!!!)
Oh and I've been quite obsessed with watching the Walking Dead with my boyfriend. I'm not a fan of horror, but it's kind of addicting. We're already halfway through Season 2. (Daryl is my favorite character! Though I already liked him from the Boondock Saints) And it's really nice because since I have a new car I get to park in the garage and I don't have to worry about the scary walk to the front door :)

I love the high-low cuts on dresses and skirts as well, and that black skirt is a keeper for sure. I've got 2 skirts like that, one which I made myself haha. Sheinside has such a lovely selection!
Great styling of it too. The Lylif jewelry is perfect! I can't get over that snake necklace.
Oh, and I've heard SOO much about the Walking Dead show! I wish we had the channel...I want to see it. Ha, I'm not a big fan of horror either, but maybe just a little scare wouldn't be too bad...

I live in an old house so that walk to the front door is elongated. And you can see in my pictures, we're surrounded by woods. No nice neighborhood to act as protection, just looming trees made scarier in the dark. Let's just say I HATE staying home alone :)
I have one high-low skirt from forever21 in a red color and I loved it when i bought it but the color just isn't my favorite. I wish i had gotten the light pink color they had! I always wind up looking slighty witchy when I wear mine. I need one in a more versatile color (like black) :)

I love high lo skirts! this one is such a pretty color Jessica. Dude Rubio Tuesdays is where it's at! haha I've been enjoying that lots of Tuesdays. And I also just finished going through all of Walking Dead and Daryl is also my fave! His character develops so much in this season...have you gotten to that dramatic climax in middle of season 2? i dont want to give it away if you haven't yet...something super crazy and sad that made me cry.

I love the Walking Dead! However, we no longer have cable (we actually do not watch "tv" much but we watch a lot of shows) and the shows we do watch are all streamed free online. So we're a bit behind on what's current :(
The way you styled the skirt looks great! I've always felt like this was kind of a "mehhh" kind of fashion because it's just not very classic. However, you proved me wrong. It looks great with a simple top and maybe it's the color of your skirt, but it looks awesome.
