Fitbit Charge HR Heart Rate and Activity Wristband, RELAYS Headphones by SOL REPUBLIC

I'm so happy to say that I'm back to working out every other day and I've kept it up for almost two months now :) I do prefer to workout in a gym but sometimes I like to go to the local track and warm up/stretch first when the weather is nice! I'm in love with all my brand new fitness wear which I may be showing you guys later! But really today's post is all about my new Sol Republic RELAYS’ i5 sound engine headphones and Fitbit Charge HR Heart Rate and Activity Wristband that Verizon Wireless sent me - both of which you guys have a chance to win in my #HapaTimeFitness giveaway!

So first let me tell you a little bit about them both :) When I first opened the box of the Sol Republic RELAYS headphones, there were actually 4 different sized ear pieces! I thought that alone was awesome because we all have different sized ears, don't we? So I picked my size and they fit perfectly thanks to their FreeFlex™ technology. The music came through the headphones really clear and accurate to the volume I chose. There is also a 1 year limited warranty. Warranties are always good!

The Fitbit Charge HR is chock full of goodies! All you have to do is sync it to your computer or smartphone! My favorite one is the sleep quality tool which lets you know how many hours you slept, how many times your sleep was disrupted (dogs barking??), and based on that it can calculate your "sleep quality." It will also keep track of all-day calorie burn and heart tracking. Knowing your heart rate constantly is helpful especially during a workout because it helps you maximize your time, like knowing when you need to take a break and when you need to kick it up a notch. It is also fun to know how many steps you have taken in a day if you are willing to wear it all day of course :)

The online dashboard for the Fitbit also allows you to log food, weight and workouts which can be really helpful!
