Feeluxury dress in [S], DailyLook Rose Gold heels, Michael Kors Runway Glitz watch, Vintage clutch, Mac lipstick in RED
Red lace overlay is a really lovely spring 2013 fashion trend I noticed in the Elie Saab collection though I actually hadn't seen Dita Von Teese's dresses both here and here when I chose this scalloped piece on Feeluxury.com (owned by Sheinside.com). It is amazing how similar they all are!
This dress actually has a very Chinese feel to it, namely because red lace dresses are traditionally popular in China and red also symbolizes happiness and good luck. Here are two beautiful red Chinese lace dresses I found: 1, 2. (Maybe also because Feeluxury is located in China.) Please do note, the upper bodice was extremely constricting on my 34 - 26 -34 frame.
I am also wearing my late (Japanese) grandma's clutch here, she really was a lover of purses though unfortunately I am not sure what happened to all of them as I know Saks 5th Avenue was one of her favorite American shops so we must have more gems hidden away somewhere!
