I mean seriously you can't get any brighter than this (well you can but who would want to?). This is a great statement dress and will definitely capture some attention. Pair it with ankle booties (open or closed toe - both work), and a classy black bag to make it work for the day time. Or if you want to wear it for a night out you'll definitely be wanting to pair it with strappy heels and a sparkly clutch.
