The Ala Moana beach is much quieter than the Waikiki. Even though it has a lot of rocks and locals too, it's very nice. A lot of people exercise here too.
I wore this fun watermelon colored cover up from Goodnight Macaroon over my bikini while walking around. But unfortunately for me, the locals always have all these amazing BBQs (most likely cooking amazing Hawaiian food) and I get so hungry :P
